Conference Rooms

The Blue Pepper has 4 private meeting rooms available for use.  Reservations are recommended.

The largest room is equipped with a 3’ x 6’ whiteboard, 42” plasma screen, Zero Footprint computer with full Internet access and PowerPoint presentation capabilities, and access to a speaker phone.  Fully set up with chairs and tables, the room will comfortably seat approximately 25-35 guests.  The room contains large conference-size tables that can arranged in any manner to fit the needs of your organization.  All chairs are high back executive conference-style chairs that can be adjusted for individual preference.

Our midsize room, located on the mezzanine level, is equipped with the same technical equipment as our large conference room (a 3’ x 6’ whiteboard, 42” plasma screen, Zero Footprint computer with full Internet access and PowerPoint presentation capabilities, and speaker phone access).  Fully set up with chairs and tables, the room will comfortably seat approximately 15-20 guests.  The room contains large conference-size tables that can be arranged in any manner to fit the needs of your organization.  All chairs are high back executive conference-style chairs that can be adjusted for individual preference.

The third room, also on the mezzanine level, is our smallest.  Newly completed, it features comfortable seating for 6-8 individuals around a central table.  Because this room does not feature the same technical accommodations as our two larger spaces, we do offer the space at a lower rate... please call for pricing.

Our fourth room, located on the upper floor of our historic downtown building is best suited for more private meetings. The room has one large boat style conference table which comfortably seats approximately 8-10 guests.  Please be aware that this room is only accessible via a large stairwell, but does include individualized service from our staff.

All meeting rooms are available for half day (4 hour) or full day (8 hour) rentals.  Food and coffee service is available for a fee (please see our Catering Menu for details, or check the other menu links to the left if you would like individualized food or drink orders through our Deli and Espresso bar).

Pricing for conference room usage is as follows:

* Please note that these prices may be negotiable for groups that wish to meet at The Blue Pepper on a regular basis.
